How much are the shipping costs?
We ship to almost all countries across Europe. We base our shipping on the actual weight of your package, so we can offer you very attractive shipping rates even for smaller orders.

Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, there is currently a minimum order value of €14 (gross) at medical-deal.de. As an existing customer, you may not have a minimum order value.
Due to massive increases in packaging and shipping costs, we are unfortunately no longer able to accept all orders at this time. Therefore, we have decided to set a minimum order value of €14 (gross). This is based on the value of the goods.
Can I order from medical-deal.de with free shipping?
We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €350.00 (including VAT). The only exceptions are pallet items.
Important: The €350 free delivery limit only applies if you have not collected enough discounts to offset the shipping costs when the gross value of goods exceeds €350. In this case, we will deduct the remaining shipping costs.
How long is the delivery time?
Delivery times are typically approximately 1-4 business days after receipt of payment. This only applies to items marked "In stock - Available for immediate delivery." For items not currently in stock, please refer to the respective product detail page for delivery times.
Due to high demand, it is possible in exceptional circumstances that your product may be temporarily out of stock. You will be informed separately via our customer service team about this situation. We will restock the item as soon as possible.
If you have registered or ordered using your existing customer account, you can also submit a one-time delivery date request for each order. A member of staff will then immediately review your order, obtain any missing delivery date information, and notify you of the delivery date as soon as possible by phone or email.
I didn't receive my goods in full. What can I do?
Didn't receive all of your ordered items? We're sorry. This may be because your order was split into multiple packages, and the parcel service will deliver the remaining items at a later date. In the shipping notification you recently received from us via email, we informed you how many packages your order is divided into. The shipping notification also includes a link with a tracking code. You can use this to track your shipment.
Our customer service will be happy to answer any further questions you may have.
Where can I see the package tracking?
As a general rule, once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping notification email to let you know that your order is on its way. This email always includes a link to track your shipment.
In addition, thanks to an innovative tracking system, we also inform you about any unplanned changes to the status of your package. For example, you'll receive a notification if you weren't available and the package is ready for pickup at a nearby branch.
Another way to access your shipment tracking at any time is through your customer account. If you have a medical-deal.de customer account, you can access the shipment tracking directly in the "Orders" section. If you placed a large order and we had to ship your order in multiple packages, you will also find all packages and each individual shipment tracking listed there.
With these measures, we try not to leave you alone during the parcel delivery and to keep you informed at all times so that you have maximum transparency about your order and shipping.

What are the advantages of priority shipping?
Do you want your goods delivered as quickly as possible? Then you can benefit from hygi.de's Priority Shipping service. Priority Shipping offers a shipping guarantee for certain products. We guarantee that certain marked products will be shipped the same day if they are ordered before 12 noon and using a payment method that can be shipped immediately (e.g., PayPal, credit card, purchase on account, direct debit).
Why can hygi.de guarantee that the products will be shipped quickly via priority shipping?
Products eligible for priority shipping are stored at hygi.de in a new, automated, high-performance shipping center. Shipping can therefore be guaranteed even with very high order volumes.
Which products can be ordered via priority shipping?
The option to order via priority shipping is available for many items in our range. You'll be shown whether the desired product can be ordered via priority shipping on the product page directly in the shop or in your shopping cart.
By when do I have to place my order using priority shipping for my products to be shipped the same day?
To guarantee today's shipping, you must order before 12 noon. Same-day shipping is only available Monday through Friday.
Please note that the priority shipping option only applies if the products were ordered using a payment method that can be shipped immediately (e.g. PayPal, credit card, purchase on account, direct debit).
How can I order via priority shipping?
To guarantee shipping, you must select the "Priority Shipping" option during the ordering process. If all criteria are met, the goods will leave the hygi.de shipping center the same day.
How much does priority shipping cost?
For this particularly fast shipping, which also applies to high order volumes, we only charge a shipping surcharge of €3 gross.
Am I entitled to a refund of the shipping costs if the priority shipping could not be met?
If you have chosen the Priority Shipping option, we guarantee that we will ship items ordered before 12 noon and marked as eligible for Priority Shipping on the same day on working days, or the next working day otherwise. Should we fail to meet our shipping guarantee in exceptional circumstances, we will refund the Priority Shipping surcharge.
When will I receive my goods if my order does not only contain priority shipping items?
If your order does not only consist of priority shipping items, we will send you the priority shipping products as a partial delivery in order to comply with the shipping guarantee here as well.
Am I entitled to compensation for damages through reimbursement of the premium shipping surcharge?
Claims for damages beyond the reimbursement of the premium shipping surcharge are excluded.
