The 3M™ PELTOR™ Optime™ III Earmuffs are our high-performance hearing protectors designed for extremely noisy environments, reducing noise levels by up to 34 dB. They feature double-shell technology to minimize resonance. They also feature comfortable, soft, wide ear cushions to reduce pressure around the ears. Available in headband, neckband, and helmet-mounted versions, as well as models in high-visibility green.

The 3M™ PELTOR™ Optime™ III earmuffs offer comfortable, high-performance hearing protection. Tested according to EN 352:2020, our earmuffs attenuate noise levels by up to 34 dB. They are ideal for extremely noisy environments such as airports, power plants, ship engine rooms, and printing plants. The dual-cup construction technology minimizes resonance within the earmuff, achieving maximum attenuation at high frequencies. The generous internal space helps prevent heat and moisture buildup. The wide, soft foam cushions exert low pressure around the ears, allowing comfortable wear even for long periods. The wearer can adjust them to their personal wearing preferences, increasing compliance. The earmuffs are characterized by effective protection and maximum comfort. The cushions and foam frames are available in hygiene kits that can be easily replaced if they become damaged or worn. This allows for a longer product lifespan.
