The Dr. Schnell Fat Remover GASTRO PUR, Odorless can be used in all food processing establishments such as large kitchens, bakeries, and butcher shops, as well as on all alkali-resistant surfaces such as stainless steel, glass, tiles, and porcelain.

Application

Dosage of GASTRO PUR depends on the level of soiling.

• For cleaning large areas, use 0.25 – 10%
• For cleaning heavily soiled areas, use up to 30% GASTRO PUR

Afterwards, rinse with clear water.
